Rafael Lima Costa received a P.Hd. Degree (2021) in Computer Science from Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), an M.Sc. Degree (2009) in Systems and Computing from Salvador University and a Bs Degree (2005) in Computer Science from the Salvador University (UNIFACS). His research interests include Computer Networks and Information-Centric Networking.
